After finishing his degree in International Business and Management in The Netherlands, Robert completed his Msc degree in International Real Estate in Oxford, England, in 2007. A program that was geared towards international real estate law and development. He then went on to work for Fortis Bank, now ABN AMRO, where he was active in the Trading and Treasury department.
Aaron has worked with many influential groups be that government or non-government affiliated across a multitude of industries in a multitude of countries. Some of those Industries being Civil Infrastructure, Commodities Procurement (Cement, Steel, Gold, Lighting etc), Real Estate & Development, Special Economic Zones (SEZ’s), Immigration as well as Food & Beverage.
The countries that Aaron has spent the most time in yet not limited to is China and the Philippines. His Political and Geopolitical understanding of these two countries is highly sophisticated and this is apparent through what he has accomplished there, the influence he has in those countries as well as the affiliations and partnerships with those with influence.
Aarons core strength in all he does is Leadership and Communication and over the years he has refined this down to an art. It has been the catalyst to the success of expanding across multiple fields with a variety of high-level groups, all leaders in their respective fields.

Robert is a big supporter of distributed working. It greatly improves the agility of businesses and has allowed him and his team to live and travel across a wide variety of countries and cultures. Robert speaks 5 languages, has a thorough understanding of international Real Estate Law, Development and Investments and supports CCP with technical and marketing aspects of the business.
Mr Foxman, 47, born in Bondi, NSW, now a resident of Tamworth NSW, has extensive experience spanning more than two decades in the construction, real estate development, mining, retail and gaming sectors worldwide. He has been involved in varying executive and consulting roles in construction project management, front-end engineering and design risk management, business strategy development, change management and business improvement to the industrial and commercial sectors.
Mr Foxman is the Chief Executive Officer of RiskWise Global Capital Group, a Denver Colorado based strategic, technical and project risk management company serving primary sectors worldwide, with current operations in the U.S.A, Australia, Philippines and China. Mr Foxman is also the Chairman & Managing Director of the Tamworth Regional Economic Development Corporation Pty. Ltd., a corporation established to promote and support regional economic development through planning, financing and on-going management of commercial assets that operate from or are a benefit to organisations within the Tamworth Local Government Area. Moreover, Managing Director of Gracious Homes Australia Pty. Ltd., a regional real estate development and construction company which has already secured about 1,000 dwelling sites throughout Tamworth.
Amongst the many qualifications Mr Foxman holds is;
1. Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Business Administration from Colorado State University.
2. Diploma and Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
3. Accredited the Project Management Institute (PMI) in project and risk management.
4. Is acknowledged as a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist and is qualified to audit and develop the ISO 9001:2008 Quality.
5. AS/NZ 4801 Safety and 14001 Environmental Management standards, as well as the implementation of Alpha and Beta Analysis.
6. Lean and Six-Sigma, P-Q Analysis, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) and other process efficiency and analytic intelligence applications.
Mr Foxman has many years of experience, both in the field and in management functions of development and construction projects of all scales and of extreme complexity, and as an adjunct faculty has lectured construction and organisational risk management at the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney. Mr Foxman is currently pursuing an MBA and PhD at the Australian Institute of Business.
